Marauder Bot is a Chrome extension that functions on most webpages. When you click the Marauder Bot icon, a Chrome side panel opens and lists all currently open webpages, including those from the same browser window as the side panel and from different browser windows. You can select the webpage you want to analyze, choose the question type (multiple choice, algorithm, or system design), and Marauder Bot will show you the answers. ### What type of questions can Marauder Bot answer? Marauder Bot can answer multiple-choice, algorithmic, and system design questions. For multiple-choice questions, our Bot will provide you with the correct answer from a list of options and a brief explanation. For algorithmic questions, our Bot will generate a code snippet that solves the problem, unit test cases, along with time and space complexity analyses. For system design questions, our Bot will produce a detailed solution covering requirements, architecture, key components, and data flow. ### Isn't it the same as ChatGPT or other AI chatbots? Yes, Marauder Bot can analyze images. Our Bot uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from images, which is useful when the question or the choices on the webpage are images. Currently, the OCR is limited to texts, and does not apply to diagrams. It can recognize multiple languages, but works best with English. We will add more advanced image analysis capabilities in the future. ### What AI models does Marauder Bot use? Marauder Bot is powered by advanced AI models: OpenAI GPT-6 Luna, OpenAI GPT-6 Sol, Gemini 3.8 Flash, Claude Opus 5.5. Usually the latest stable checkpoint is used for each model. ### Can Marauder Bot analyze any websites? Are there any limitations? Marauder Bot does work on most websites. However, it has the following limitations: - It does not work on Google Docs; - It does not work for local files (URLs that start with `file:///`) - It may not correctly parse questions on highly dynamic or JavaScript-heavy websites We are actively working on expanding Marauder Bot's capabilities. These limitations will be resolved in future updates. ### Why does Chrome warn me that Marauder Bot can "read and change all your data on all websites"? First of all, please rest assured that Marauder Bot: - Never alters anything on any webpages; - Only reads your data for analysis when you instruct it to do so. This warning is result from the permissions Marauder Bot requires to operate in stealth mode. To list, parse, and solve technical questions on any open Chrome webpage, even those in separate windows, the Bot needs access to: - Read all webpage URLs and titles; - Parse the webpage and extract relevant content; - Send the text to the server for analysis. This theoretically means our Chrome extension can read all your data on any websites. But in practice, Marauder Bot it only reads webpage URLs and titles when you open the side panel. When you choose a webpage to analyze, its URL and content are sent to our server for processing. You can delete an analysis at any time, which will remove all related stored data from our database. In summary, Marauder Bot requires extra permissions to run in stealth mode, but we take your privacy seriously and only store information necessary for analysis. ### Can I delete my data from Marauder Bot? Yes, you can delete your webpage analyses from Marauder Bot at any time. When you delete an analysis, all webpage data (webpage content, questions, and their answers) is removed from our database. ### What is no-logging mode? No-logging mode is a feature of the Ultra plan that allows you to use Marauder Bot without storing any webpage data on our servers. When you enable no-logging mode, Marauder Bot will not store any data from your analyses. This also means that you will not be able to see any previous analyses in the Chrome extension or dashboard. ### How do I uninstall Marauder Bot? To uninstall Marauder Bot, you can: - Right-click on the extension icon in Chrome and select "Remove from Chrome", or - Go to chrome://extensions, find Marauder Bot, and click "Remove". ### Is Marauder Bot free to use? No, Marauder Bot is not free due to the costs associated with the AI models that power it. However, we do offer a one-week free trial period for new users. This trial allows you to experience the full capabilities of Marauder Bot before committing to a paid plan.
